Historically, the African American community has struggled with positive representation, which can affect

how they feel about themselves. Black youth tend to view themselves negatively because they don’t  believe in their full potential.

The Army can help AACM Gen Z combat the self-doubt they have and help them master their unlimited mindset through positive thinking. 

 

For this Black History Month, we wanted to champion Gen Z and show them they can do anything when they put their minds to it. We’ll focus on how Black Soldiers are mastering their mindset that fuels all their aspirations.
